A dramatic dark purple and black feather hair clip headpiece, inspired by Regency elegance with a gothic, dark romantic twist.
The Darcy Feathered Hair Clip is a striking Regency-inspired plume, created for those who love vintage elegance with a darker and more decadent edge.
Designed to sit high on the head, this statement piece evokes the theatrical silhouettes of the Regency era, reimagined with a touch of gothic romance.
Perfect for alternative weddings, vintage events, masquerade balls, Jane Austen or Bridgerton-inspired occasions, or simply for anyone who loves beautifully unusual accessories.
Created with rigid, curled deep purple goose feathers, contrasted with soft black fluff feathers and delicate curls of purple peacock hair.
A puff of lighter purple veiling adds softness, while a double ruffle of black spot tulle and dark Liberty-print purple satin ribbon brings texture, movement and a touch of Victorian-inspired richness.
The design is finished with a cluster of black glass crystals for a subtle, moody shimmer.
The back is neatly finished with purple felt and fitted with a downward-facing 46mm metal crocodile clip, designed to secure into an updo or swept-back hairstyle.
