The Penny Blossom is a cute and pretty Regency-inspired flower hair accessory in lpale sky blue.
Created with a large pale sky blue fabric rose flower, with pale blue tulle petals, finished with a cluster of pale blue pearls and pale ice blue and sky blue satin ribbon trails and loops for a classic Regency silhouette.
The flower is backed with pale blue felt and fitted with a small 46mm metal crocodile clip, making it easy to wear in an updo.
