Price includes 1st class Royal Mail delivery As my framed versions of this idea have been so popular I decided to make a miniature 'Vintage Treasures' for a greeting card. I have used some beautiful vintage fabrics, mother of pearl button, antique lace and tiny applique hearts worked on my own hand-dyed recycled cotton fabric. A unique intricately hand-stitched miniature piece of textile art - a card to keep, a gift in itself. Suitable for many different occasions: Anniversary, Wedding, engagement, birthday and many more. It would look lovely framed too! The card measures 12 x 9 cm and comes with recycled paper envelope in clear protective compostable cornstarch sleeve - no plastic! The card is signed on the front and my studio stamp is on the back. My cards are made from stout 100% recycled card - blank inside. Title also written on the card: Little Vintage Treasures. I always post promptly first class, and your card will be wrapped carefully and sent in good packaging to protect corners from damage on its way to you. Ref:C077

For many years I have been collecting very old pieces of cotton print fabric, dating from 1920s onwards. These I use in my work, but I keep even the smallest offcuts as I feel they are so lovely, and this card design is a way to use every piece, giving them a new life! The dyes used and the passing of time give these fabrics subtle colours not achievable with modern dyes. I love them!
