Hand knitted cardigan/jacket and hat
Luxury Baby 100% Merino Superwash yarn

ABOUT THE YARN: The yarn used is 100% superwash extra fine baby merino wool which is beautifully soft and warm and is completely natural and breathable. It has a luxurious finished texture and is gentle on the skin making it perfect for baby garments. It has an Oeko-Tex certification which means that it has been tested and found completely free from harmful chemicals and that it is safe for baby articles from newborn onwards.
Cable spun from 100% extra fine merino wool strands means that it is unlikely to itch and gives the garment extra elasticity. The yarn is of medium weight, slightly finer than aran yarn.
The quality of the yarn is reflected in the price of the items, which just covers materials and marketing fees.
PATTERN: The cardigan and hat are knitted in a mix of cable stitch and sand stitch with a feature cable pattern along the raglan seams. The faux fur pompom is easily removable for washing - It is tied with ribbon on the inside and can be reattached.
MEASUREMENTS: All around chest is 50 cm/20ins; length from back of neck is 28cm/11ins; Sleeve length from under arm is 20cm/8ins. The pattern of the cardigan and the type of yarn allows comfortable stretch.
CARE: PLEASE REMOVE POMPOM FROM HAT PRIOR TO WASHING. The yarn is Superwash treated but please wash carefully at 30°C on a gentle wash program, or preferably by hand. Do not use fabric softener and dry flat. Do not iron.
