Instead of hiding the cracks, these techniques highlight and honour the charm in flaws and encourage us to find the joy in mindfulness. Your special heart incorporates a piece of vintage fabric, softened with time, which honours natural growth and authenticity, placed on a linen background. Combined with patchwork, which are mismatched pieces of fabric stitched together to create one design, the finished product is a perfect "you are enough" affirmation.
