The Twilight Owl is a one-of-a-kind wearable artwork from my Curious Adornments collection of handmade folk-art talismans.
Inspired by folklore, nature and transformation, this striking owl necklace has been created using hand-dyed fabric, hand embroidery, painted details, beads and embellishments, layered onto a fabric base and finished with a soft felt backing for comfort when worn.
The Twilight Owl belongs to the quiet hour between day and night, when the sky glows with the last colours of sunset and the first stars begin to appear. Rich blues, vibrant pinks and warm copper tones combine to create a piece that celebrates intuition, creativity and the beauty of change.
Designed and handmade by textile artist Leah Mason in her Leicestershire garden studio, each Curious Adornment is individually crafted and completely unique.
