Each box is handmade from a water-based mineral material with a smooth, stone-like feel. The exterior has been sealed and polished with two coats of plant-based wax sealer to enhance the finish and create a soft satin sheen. Cork pads are attached to the base to help protect surfaces. Small air bubbles and slight variations in tone are part of the handmade process and add to the individuality of each piece.
