Welcome to my Folksy shop. I love British wildlife and nature, and these are the inspiration behind my designs. I create original textile art using a combination of fabric appliqué, freehand machine embroidery and hand embroidery. The designs are professionally scanned by my local printer, then digitally printed onto a range of products including greeting cards, homewares, and tote bags. This sew-on patch was created after I was asked to turn my embroidered mini hoops into a patch design. I loved the idea of translating those small, detailed hoops into something you could easily attach to clothing or accessories, and this patch grew naturally from that request. Each patch comes with a length of matching thread, because finding the perfect thread to match the edge of sew-on badges is always a challenge — and I wanted to make that part easy for you.
