Great wee speckled clay with turquoise green glaze - milk/cream squat jug with a thumb & finger indentations in the sides. Some of the speckles in the clay also show through the glaze once fired. Perfect for one and as you can see from the last photo, there are other items in the same glaze combo on the shop. Fired to c1200 degrees (stoneware temperature) and this makes it more durable. Diameter at top - 4.5cm Height - 4.75cm The glaze is lead free and food safe. Can be placed in the microwave and the dishwasher but some prefer to hand wash!

Bought 4 itemsI was gifted one a tumbler from The Potty Scot years ago and immediately fell on love with it. This one I bought recently as a gift for my partner is complimenting the original tumbler very well. It looks rustic at first but when you look closer you not only appreciate fine details but the functionality which makes it suitable for daily use. The glazing on these two pieces is both eye catching and hard wearing. After years of regular use it shows little signs of it's age. Fits well into hand and the carving improves the grip and reduces the contact area - so you can hold the tumbler with hot coffee in it. We will be watching out for more carved pieces.
