Lovely deep red pod shaped purse, ideal for coins and keys, easy to find by touch in your handbag. Past customers have also used them as a travel pouch for jewellery, or as a handy pouch to keep with their knitting, filled with stitchmarkers. I make these from seamless spheres of handmade merino wool felt, shrunk and moulded into shape, then I add toning flowers and the magnetic closures. The underlying black layer of wool gives a lovely depth to the top colour. There is something organic about this shape that makes you want to cup it in your hands! Large - 11 x 6.5 cm, 4.5 cm deep All measurements are approximate - they vary slightly from purse to purse. I tend to make these in batches - the colours and placement of the flowers may vary slightly from the ones above. To minimise postage costs, the pod purse will be packed flat. It will pop back up when you open it.
