This luxury wax melt bar is crafted from vegan-friendly soy wax and infused with high-quality natural essential oils and botanicals. Although it is in a very low concentration, and therefore unlikely to cause any adverse effects I want to highlight this for transparency, if you are a dog or cat owner and looking for a melt made with all-natural ingredients, I urge you to do your own research or contact a veterinary professional about the safety of using essential oils in a household containing animals. I also offer wax melts made with fragrance oils and natural soy wax, which are much safer around your furry friends. Your order will be shipped using the Royal Mail tracked 48 service. Custom requests are always welcome. If you would like a different colour, a personalised piece or have an idea for something unique, please send me a message and we can chat about what might be possible. Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days. Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey. As every piece is handmade, small variations are part of what makes each one unique. Colours may also vary slightly between screens, although I take my listing photos to represent each piece as accurately as possible. If you have any questions at all, I am always happy to help.

Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Usage Instructions: 1. Break off one or more pieces of the snap bar and place them in the dish of your wax melt warmer. 2. If you're using an electric melter, turn it on. If using a non-electric warmer, light an unscented tealight and place it underneath your warming dish. 3. As the wax melts, the fragrance is released, allowing you to enjoy the scent throughout the room. 4. Once the fragrance fades, it's time to change the melt. Allow the wax to cool completely, then pop it out and replace it with a fresh one. Warnings: - Remove all packaging and place the wax melt in the centre of your oil burner. - Use only an unscented tealight. - Keep out of reach of children and pets. - Avoid placing in draughty areas. - Do not move the warmer while it is lit. - Never leave a burning candle unattended. Allergens and Ingredients- -Citral 5% to less than10% -d-Limonene 1% to less than 5% -Eucalyptol 0.1 to less than 1% -Geraniol 0.1 to less than 1% -dl-Citronellol 0.1 to less than 1% -beta-Pinene 0.1 to less than 1% -Linalool 0.1% to less than 1% -Geranyl acetate 0.1 to less than 1%
