The little bees are hand crafted from eco-friendly precious metal clay which is kiln fired to create 99.9% pure silver, known as "fine silver". The bumble bees are securely soldered onto a pair of recycled sterling silver posts and the earrings are then oxidised with a patina to highlight all the lovely details, before being barrel polished in a tumbler. The earrings fasten with sterling silver butterfly backs. These micro size stud earrings are small enough to wear either in the ear lobe, as second / third hole earrings or in a cartilage piercing at the top of the ear.
