A novel key ring or bag charm made from a used chainsaw size spark plug, an ideal gift for a motor enthusiast. The chainsaw spark plugs are much smaller (and lighter!) than standard sized plugs so are well suited to this use. I have drilled through the contact end of the spark plug to accommodate a 28mm x 3mm split key ring and cleaned and polished the plug body. There are two sizes available (at the same price), with 10mm or 14mm threads, both are the same length, about 2 inches/50mm spark plug length but the 14mm size are a little chunkier than the 10mm ones. I have made a number of these and the brand and type of spark plug vary in 14mm size but all the 10mm size are NGK. Grab a distinctive motor-themed holder for your keys!
