This card can be for any birthday or any special occasion. Any age can be put on the football shirt or it can be left blank. Personalisation This card can be personalised with a name of up to seven letters, age and a greeting above and below the bunting. Inside There is a paper insert inside the card ready for you to write your own message on. I can, however, print a message for you which would be in the same font and colour as the front of the card.
