About this item
One of Randal's favourite timbers to turn is English yew, often from his own trees. This attractive lidded vessel was turned from a branch. While the cream tone is from near the bark, cinnamon, rosy brown, the tiny section of darker bark, all add to the variety of colours in this piece. The glass like finish make it irresistible to hold. Would you use this as a decorative and functional desk tidy or for a special keepsake? It measures approximately 7 cm. in diameter and 8 cm. high.
