These super pretty stud earrings have rose cut tanzanite cabochons bezel set in sterling silver and then finished off with sterling silver posts and scrolls. The studs are a free form organic oval shape and have a delicate violet / periwinkle / purple colour. The caboochons are rose cut (they have facets on the top surface with a flat bottom) for a bit of sparkle but the tanzanite is quite flawed and light bounces off these flaws as well creating an interesting rainbow effect in places. Because of the flaws I would recommend storing these earrings in the box they come in just to protect them from being knocked by anything else in your jewellery box. They measure 10mm by 8mm oval ish shape with a low profile and come in a gift box
