Expressing animals in clay is an evolving struggle of exploration and respect. I’ve spent my entire life working with rescue animals, fostering, volunteering in a rescue centre and now partnering with 3 animal rescue charities, providing them with 10% of the proceeds from all my sales.
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

"I modelled this Playing Baby Elephant sculpture to try to emphasise the joy that having elephants in our world represents. The species is becoming critically endangered. I believe art can help people think about why these precious animals should be protected. I’d thought originally to sculpt an elephant in mortal pain, its tusks harvested by poachers. But the images of their suffering are only one side of loving elephants. We need reminders of why the lives of the animals are important. I wanted to represent their joy in life and I felt that the Playing Baby Elephant sculpture could be a really strong expression of that."
