I have made this fantastic apron from a pirate treasure map. Indeed, it is so ancient, that dinosaurs (and camels!) patrol its contours! It is drawn in thin black lines on old parchment - or, at least, it appears to be. It fits a child from about 8 to a young/small adult. (The girl wearing a different apron of the same size is thirteen years old.) I have made it of a good quality machine washable cotton, with white acrylic webbing straps. It measures approximately 26" (67cm.) from neck to hem, and 18" (46cm.) at the widest point,

I originally made pinnies for my own children, now in their forties and fifties. I cannot resist attractive cotton fabrics for kids! This one is an intriguing remnant sent to me from the USA. Over the years I have made and sold hundreds of little aprons, and quite a large number of rather bigger ones!
