About this item
This little purse is perfect for cash, little bits of make-up, or a myriad of other little treasures! The slide motif is a print of one of my original hand-stitched designs; a joyful image stitched in black onto a natural, unbleached calico. 'Happy Day!' features here digitally printed onto a lovely neutral colour linen, courtesy of the team at Woven Monkey. The purse measures 11cm x 9cm approx. and features a navy blue zip and matching navy ribbon strap. It is fully lined with Laura Ashley's 1980s 'Brighton Rock', a pale gold and white striped cotton fabric. Gentle surface wash is recommended. This design, 'Happy Day!', can also be seen on my linen cushion.

My work predominantly comprises hand cut and burnished lino prints, inspired by the natural world and those important people in my life. I love the combination of image and text, so my own cursive writing frequently plays an integral part. * I endeavour to represent my pieces as clearly and with colours as true to life as possible, however some slight variations in tone between the image on screen and the piece itself may occur.*

You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

I hate to waste fabric! This little purse was made using the remnants from previous, larger projects. I love the resulting purse; the fun print and the beautiful linen are a great combination!
