Hello, I'm Amanda, the maker behind Dawson Pottery.
Working from my studio in the Forest of Dean, I create small-batch stoneware inspired by woodland walks, changing seasons and the colours and textures found in nature. Leaves often find their way into my work, either as delicate embellishments or subtle impressions.
I make both wheel-thrown and hand-built ceramics, embracing the individuality that comes with handmade work. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, and I hope each one brings a little warmth, calm and connection to nature into your home.
