Welcome to Fettlin House.
I make hand-knit accessories inspired by the changing landscape of the Lincolnshire Wolds and the wider countryside around it. The colours, textures and quiet shifts of the seasons run through each collection, from open marshes and field margins to sheltered valleys, woodland edges and winter ground.
Working with natural fibres and traditional knitting techniques, I create small batches of mitts, cowls, scarves, wraps and shawls, each shaped slowly by hand. Every piece begins with a yarn and a landscape, drawing on the muted tones and textures of the places I know best.
The collections are rooted in place, but designed for everyday wear: soft, practical knits made to be used, enjoyed and kept.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A long, soft wrap worked in Drops Sky with Drops Flora held together for a light, muted fabric.
The blend creates a soft, airy texture with gentle warmth and an easy drape, falling comfortably around the shoulders without weight or bulk.
Shaped in simple Fieldmargin lines, it settles into the quiet embrace of the valley edge, carrying the pale calm of late-season fields.
Small, natural variations may appear in the fabric. They are simply the quiet marks of hand-work.

Handwash cool, reshape while damp, dry flat.
A small length of matching yarn is included for simple mending.

Your knit will come in a slim cardboard box. If it is a gift, I can add an outer layer for your address.
