Full description
Each of these gemstone earring features a 12mm Mookaite coin bead in a dark, dusky pink colour topped with an 8mm and 6mm Mookaite bead in earth shades of mustard yellow, russet and lilac, all highlighted with tiny 2mm gold vermeil spacers.
The beads are hung from gold vermeil ear-wires.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with 18k gold, and the wires are stamped '925'.
Mookaite is a beautiful stone named for the Mooka Creek area of Australia.
The colours of the stone range through combinations of red, burgundy, mustard-yellow, cream, white, brown, mauve and purple.
It was an Aboriginal mother earth stone, used for healing and rituals, and is still used today to connect the wearer to nature, promoting vitality and balance.
These earrings measures approximately 1.35 inches (3.5cm), excluding the wires.
Your earrings will be wrapped in tissue and presented in an organza gift bag.
