Full description
A truly unique handmade Budvase, individually turned from beautifully locally sourced piece of Yew and enhanced with striking turquoise resin.
This piece showcases the incredible natural character of the timber, with figured Yew grain, knots and natural voids running through the piece. The vivid turquoise resin follows the natural features of the wood, creating a dramatic contrast against the warm golden tones of the Yew.
Every angle reveals something different, with the grain flowing beautifully around the curved form. The result is a one-of-a-kind statement piece that combines the natural beauty of timber with a modern splash of colour.
Details:
Locally sourced Yew
Turquoise resin inlay
Individually hand turned
Approx. 21cm tall
Approx. 9cm at its widest point
Carefully sanded and finished by hand
Completely unique - no two pieces will ever be the same
The matching tealight holder was also made from the leftover Yew and turquoise resin, creating a lovely complementary piece.
Please note. The vase is intended for dried / artificial flowers, and grasses , or as a standalone decorative piece.
Designed by Russ & Sara, and lovingly handmade in our Lancashire workshop
As with all natural wood products, variations in grain, colour, knots and natural features are part of the beauty of the piece and should be expected. These are not imperfections - they are what make each piece genuinely one of a kind.
