I created this stunning unique, handmade sterling silver necklace featuring an incredibly rare piece of genuine Seaham sea glass.
This rare piece of cherry red sea glass has been tumbled by the North Sea waves for over a century. It was hand-collected from the historic shores of Seaham, County Durham. Red is universally recognised as one of the rarest sea glass colours in existence, making this necklace an entirely unique, one-of-a-kind statement piece.
The sea glass is carefully secured against a solid sterling silver oval backing using strong gauge structural, decorative silver wire wrapping that accentuates its natural contours.
The pendant hangs elegantly from a sleek, polished bail, suspended on a high-quality 20-inch sterling silver chain that sits beautifully over clothing or collars.
