A truly striking, one-of-a-kind statement necklace featuring a premium piece of hand-found Seaham sea glass. This collector-grade "multi-caster" piece showcases a vibrant, electric cobalt blue layer sitting perfectly atop a crisp white glass base. Dating back to the Victorian or Edwardian era, this glass originated from the historic bottle and art glass works of Seaham, England. Decades of tumbling in the North Sea waves have given it a beautifully smooth, frosted finish.
To maximise the glass's natural beauty, the pendant is individually handcrafted with an open-back design. The custom-made sterling silver setting features a thick, polished bail and four precisely finished double-prongs. This claw setting allows daylight to stream through the piece, illuminating the cobalt blue and making the pendant appear to glow from within when worn.
