This table lamp is made from recycled pallet wood and does not require any mains wiring.
The section of wooden pallet that provides the vertical structure for this table lamp came from an EPAL pallet that was originally used to deliver sacks of compost to me. The pallet was Heat Treated to eliminate parasites and insects without the use of harmful chemical treatments.
It features a 3V, 8W rechargeable LED E27 light bulb that can be easily removed from its magnetic attachment for recharging. The light bulb has a USB Type C connector for recharging. The bulb can be turned on and off using a button on the base. It can also be controlled using a small remote control. The bulb takes about 3-4 hrs to charge and lasts for 8-36hrs. There are 3 levels of brightness. The 3 colour settings are warm white (3000K), natural white (4500K) and cool white (6000K). The white brightness is 600 Lumens.
There are two gilded cardboard lampshade panels front and back.
The central space under the lightbulb can be used to display a special object. In the photos I have added one showing a small glass bud vase with a single bluebell stem. The vase and flower stem are for display purposes only and are not for sale.
