Make up bag pouch recycled in a vintage crinoline lady embroidered tablecloth

A pretty make up bag or purse recycled from a vintage tablecloth embroidered with crinoline ladies. The crinoline lady motif is so iconic and was embroidered on a million pieces of table linen! This beautiful old vintage tablecloth had one on each corner, and so I was able to cut around the tea stains and produce a set of four zipped little bags. Little bags are always useful for makeup, hand bag organising or for storing headphones or ear buds. They would make a perfect present for a Summer Birthday, as a gift for a bridesmaid or to take to a wedding as a unique purse. The bag measures 16 cm by 16 cm and has a 16 cm lilac zip opening with a flower head pull. There are two decorative buttons on the corner. The front has the classic crinoline lady tending her flowers, and the back is a hedgerow of flowers made from another section of the same tablecloth. The lining is a bold floral print and there is a useful finger hook for hanging up and admiring this pretty embroidered purse. The bag is finished off with my own embroidered name tag. Please wash on a short cool setting, and leave to dry naturally. Your bag will be posted out in clean, recycled wrapping and sent as RM 2nd class. Inspiration: This vintage tablecloth was a lovely donation from a customer. It was nice to make it into some pretty things once again and assure the family that it was living a new and practical life as these little bags.
