When you get that nostalgic yearning feeling and need a gift to complement the emotion, hopefully you will find something here!
I love to create things that have a vintage vibe, giftable things that will become a beloved piece and passed down as a family heirloom. Things that are pretty, spark memories and feel comforting. Ultimately, things that remind us that there is another way to live and escape this fast paced life: one with a favourite novel, a cup of tea and a cosy corner. Or, one that reminds you that dancing used to be a favourite thing, and watching an old black and white film or creating something by hand is an acceptable use of time.

This bookmark is for your favourite book!
This quilted patchwork, shabby-chic style bookmark features various machine embroidered and free motion embroidered stitches to compliment the soft florals of the fabrics used, and has 'My Favourite Bookmark' machine embroidered across the front in delicate pink.
Backed in pink pure wool, this feels nice to hold whilst reading.
22x5cm is the perfect size to have a few centimetres poking out the top of your pages to help you recall where you are, and it's flexible enough to use as a reading ruler when you need to keep track of the line you are reading/following on the page.
Made using various cotton, polycotton and ribbon fabric, this is washable on 30 or hand wash, and it can be ironed.
These bookmarks would make an ideal gift for an avid reader who likes a different bookmark to suit different books or for someone who likes the sensory feel of fabric whilst reading.
