Full description
This vintage Lake District tea towel was perfect for recycling into some bright and breezy pouches or bags. This one features great retro graphics on the front and back, as well as sections of maps of the Lake District, and also scenes from Windermere and Sharp Edge. This type of pouch is great for storing buds or holiday money, and is always useful for organising your ruck-sac or tote bag. It would make a great Fathers' day present, or maybe a gift for someone who loves a walking holiday, or for anyone pining for the Lake District.
The tea towel is backed with cotton to strengthen it, but it is still a soft little bag. It measures 21 cm by 17 cm and has a handy hook on one corner.
It is lined with a striped furnishing fabric, and closes with a 21 cm green zip.
There is a covered button on the front and the back, and it is finished off with my own embroidered name tag.
Please note this listing is for the larger purse, but the little map purse will shortly be available in my shop.
Please wash on a short, cool cycle and leave to dry naturally.
Your order will be wrapped in clean, recycled wrapping and posted out as Royal Mail 2nd class.
