Hi and welcome to The Old Button Sews, where I sell beautiful gifts designed and sewn by me, together with a range of sew-it-yourself craft kits.
Most items are dispatched within 2-3 working days, and I post Tracked 24 at a flat cost, no matter how many items you buy. (Cards and bookmarks are sent First Class, at a lower postage cost).
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Amusing felt bookmarks with grumpy pets that are not in that festive mood. Ideal for the Baa Humbug in your life! Choose from pug dogs with reindeer antlers or stripy cats with floppy bows. Or get both as a multi-buy offer.
Soft, pliable and strong - my wool felt-backed bookmarks won't be damaged by bending, and the fuzzy backing means they will stay in place in a book.
Your bookmark will feature part of a scene carefully cut from the very amusing festive quilting cotton fabric, which is securely machine-stitched to a pure wool felt backing with a tiny blanket stitch in a contrasting colour.
PLEASE NOTE: The position of the cats/dogs, and the way they are set out (portrait/landscape) may vary, depending on the fabric pieces I have.
