Santa's Missing Button, Christmas activity decoration, can be personalised

Oh no, Santa has lost his button. Can you help find it? A genuine vintage brass button, attached to a scrap of red velvet and wool felt with dangling threads, looking just like it tore off Father Christmas's coat. Complete with a retro-style felt-and-fabric hanging decoration, and a note from Santa asking for someone to find the missing button and hang it up for next year. Just in case he needs it. Beautifully crafted to be reused year after year, this is both a fun hide-and-seek activity for Christmas morning for kids and the young at heart, as well as an ongoing Christmas Eve family tradition. Optional personalisation: The "My Missing Button" phrase on the accompanying note from Santa, can be changed to say Dear Child, Dear Children, or be addressed to a name or names. The button is securely hand-stitched to the scraps of velvet and wool, before being tied with a length of red and white striped butcher's twine, knotted at the ends to stop unravelling. The decoration shows Santa putting gifts under the Christmas tree, fussy cut from premium quilting cotton fabric and neatly machine-stitched to two layers of wool felt. It is finished with a silky twisted cord securely stitched between the layers to form a hanging loop - that the button can also be tied to. I use wool felt from Nepal, which is much thicker than standard craft felt, giving the decoration a robust shape so it hangs nicely even when the heavy button is attached. Sent carefully wrapped in tissue in a sturdy cardboard postal box. Size: decoration size is approx 2 inches by 3.5 inches (5cm by 8.5cm). Buttons vary in size - the torn fabric scraps are approx 1 inch square.
