Full description
Twelve origami 8-pointed stars in kaleidoscope patterns, strung on brightly coloured yarn with mini gold pegs. Each star is hand-folded from a traditional design using a single sheet of paper and just four cuts. The stars are patterned on one side and plain on the other, with a variety of bright colours and detailed designs. A little glue is used to secure the flaps at the back of each star. Each star is approximately 13.5 cm wide.
The bunting is around 2m long in total, and can be used to decorate rooms, walls, windows and other parts of the home. Alternatively the stars can be used as individual decorations to adorn gift-wrapping, cards, journals, scrapbooks or similar. The eye-catching designs are suitable for Christmas and other celebrations, or can simply be used to brighten up a room at any time of the year. You can choose between pale pink sari thread (photos 1-5), bright pink banana yarn (photo 6) or multicoloured sari silk (photo 7). Yarns may vary in thickness and texture.
Each garland set is posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and is wrapped in tissue paper in a letter-box sized package.
