Pumpkin Lantern Clay Kit for Two - Air Dry Clay Halloween Craft

Make your own spooky pumpkin lanterns in clay, together. A fun and creative autumn activity for a cosy night in, a Halloween date night, or a crafty evening with friends. No kiln and no experience needed. Designed in our Wakefield pottery studio, with a step-by-step video tutorial on our YouTube channel so you can see exactly how it's done. What's included: - 2 bags of quality air-dry clay (approx. 750g each) - 2 wooden sculpting tools - 1 loop tool - 1 paint brush - 1 tub of sealer Add a paint pack to finish your pumpkins: brown, orange, black and white. About the clay: after testing lots of types, we chose this clay because it's soft and easy to model, which makes it great for smaller hands too. It contains a small amount of nylon fibres to give it strength and stability when air drying, and it can even be kiln fired up to stoneware temperatures. Air-dry clay needs 24-72 hours to dry before painting. To join pieces together, just use a little water. For a safe glow, use a battery tealight inside your lantern. Every kit is packed by hand in our studio. Your kit may arrive in a different box from the one pictured.
