The finished embroidery has been carefully hand stitched to a 6" artist's canvas, which I have hand painted in a soft sage green acrylic paint to perfectly complement the delicate stitching. I have intentionally left the fabric edges beautifully frayed, embracing the character and texture of textile art and giving the piece a relaxed, rustic charm. The reverse has been left unfinished so you can choose how to display your artwork. Add your own hanging fittings, display it on a mini easel, or place it in a suitable frame.
