no returns on earrings or discounted items Please inspect ceramics on day of delivery as we are not able to accept returns for breakages unless they are straight out of the box. We also will need the item returned to us to verify any faults, photo evidence is not sufficient any longer. (royal mail will collect from outside your house if you are at work)
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Hello!- thanks for checking out our items!
we are a collective (family and friends) of artists and makers who have decided to empty out all the good stuff we have been hanging on to (you know, the favourite bits!) because they have been sitting there taking up space and we have loads of new things to make.
There are no refunds on earrings. Everything issent out in pretty plastic free wrapping to make great surprise gifts for loved ones, we can even add a little note from you. second item is postage free
