Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.

no returns on earrings or discounted items Please inspect ceramics on day of delivery as we are not able to accept returns for breakages unless they are straight out of the box. We also will need the item returned to us to verify any faults, photo evidence is not sufficient any longer. (royal mail will collect from outside your house if you are at work)
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Beautiful travel mugs. Very happy. If is going t9 be a gift for a friend and I think she will love it. Arrived very well packaged and liked the quirky vintage inspired packaging. No need to unwrap if it's a gift but i did. I'vd bought other items in the past - toadstool ornaments and they're besutiful too
