All my spoons are hand stamped one letter at a time. Whatever you're into, I've probably got a spoon for it. And if not - just get in touch and order a bespoke one. I love making people's dream spoons a reality!

A wee Scottish vintage sugar scoop spoon with a cut-out thistle design on the handle and the words 'Nae AI Aye' stamped in the bowl. I detest the creeping use of AI for design and writing; I loathe the way it makes everything generically the same, steals from artists, and takes the challenge out of being creative. Yes, it takes me way longer to come up with ideas, edit photos, and write product descriptions like this one. But I am not a robot and refuse to use them to do my creative work. So no, this spoon is not AI-generated and neither are these words.
Better get on and write a product description then.
The spoon is a dinky 11.5cm long (coffeespoon sized) with a rounded rectangular scoop ideal for sugar, spices, salt (don't leave it sitting in the salt bowl though or it'll probably turn green) or even small quantities of crafting materials like beads or glitter (please go for the eco sort of glitter, there is enough microplastic out there in the environment already). It's of indeterminate vintage age and is silver-plated. The design on the handle is original to the spoon and is hand-engraved and hand-cut (not by me).
Hand wash rather than putting it in the dishwasher. This will prolong the life of the black colouring in the letters, which is non-toxic water-based acrylic ink.
Make a tiny stand against the rise of AI by adding this spoon to your cutlery collection. Although actually it's technically flatware...
(Maybe the AI is better at knowing when to shut up?)
