Full description

Ghostly handmade lantern is sure to thrill at Halloween or any time of year.

Handmade stoneware ghost lanterns have their own character and name

The lantern sits on it's own plate to protect your surfaces. Put your tea light on the plate, plate should be shiny side down.

DO NOT touch when your flame is lit, the ceramic surface can get very hot and remember flames should never be left unattended.

16 cm tall 12 cm wide at base, made from flat pieces of clay "slab building"

About the Making

Every piece is individually made in my Forest of Dean workshop where the surrounding woodland and changing seasons continually inspire my work. I work in small batches, allowing each vase to develop its own subtle character with textures and carefully layered glazes. No two are ever exactly alike, making every piece a unique example of handmade British pottery. Fired to stoneware temperatures for strength and durability, each vase is made to be enjoyed for years to come.
