A sturdy spiral-bound journal, 20cm x 25cm.
96 pages. Each spread has a full colour, original artwork created by me to bring positive and healing and balancing energies into any space. Opposite is a blank page with a pale dot grid for your own drawing, scribbling, dreams, thoughts, writing.
