Full description
A charming and completely unique crossbody bag, handmade from a pair of upcycled jeans in a lovely light denim with a subtle white pinstripe.
The star of this bag is the dapper rabbit, which I have machine embroidered onto the front flap using gold thread. His smart appearance gives the bag a wonderfully quirky and characterful feel - perfect for anyone who likes their accessories with a little personality!
I have given the jeans a new lease of life by incorporating both of the original pockets into the design. One pocket has been stitched onto the outside of the bag and decorated with a pretty rose patch, making it both practical and decorative. The second original jeans pocket has been carefully stitched inside the bag, giving you another useful little storage space.
The bag is lined with 100% cotton ditsy floral fabric, adding a pretty surprise to the inside.
It measures approximately 9 inches (23cm) wide x 10 inches (25.5cm) high, excluding the adjustable blue striped shoulder strap. The bag is finished with a combination of gold and silver-coloured hardware.
As with all my upcycled creations, this bag has been handmade by me in Devon, giving a pair of jeans that might otherwise have been discarded a completely new life.
