Full description
A whimsical textile landscape with a colourful sunset sky. The sky has been painted and then printed to fabric Layers of old curtain samples have then been carefully laid down to create hills which are then free motion wobbled in place. Two quirky trees have been added made from fabric and paper , and a cute little fabric cottage then ironed in place. Some machine embroidery ferns have been added across the lower hill, and the final step is to attach some text printed to hand made paper. The work is then double mounted with antique white mounts ( aperture size is 13cm) and framed in a white wooden frame measuring 28.5 cm.
