Hand Knitted Aran Wool Beanie Hat In Pure Scottish Aran Wool i the colour Gritstone - a dark brown, with small flecks of a lighter brown running through the length of the yarn
The brim is knitted in single ribbing - the lower part of the body of the hat is in an Aran design then the crown is in stocking stitch.
Knitted using circular needles, so no seams!
Contrasting Faux Fur Pom Pom in a deep brown, gold and ginger colour - has a 4 string tie on so pom pom can be taken off for laundering the hat
Knitted to fit-
Head circumference - 54-56cms (22-23")
Length from crown to lower edge - 19cms (7 1/2")
Fits Average woman's head circumference
As this item is hand knitted in pure wool, hand washing only is recommended but full laundry instructions are included with the purchase
If the hat just needs freshened up - it can be hung outside in the fresh air and brought back inside as fresh as before
The Pom Pom cab be untied and taken off the hat to be washed - dry by using a hair dryer to fluff up
Wool is a natural fibre and as such and keeps the wearer warm without sweating, naturally repels dirt and odours and at the end of it's long lifespan, is bio degradable, causing no harm to the planet
