Not every piece of timber begins its life as home décor. These handcrafted candle holders began as a pallet before being carefully transformed into a contemporary set designed to be enjoyed for years to come. Rather than hiding the wood's past, its character is celebrated, allowing elements of its previous life to remain part of the finished pieces.

Each candle holder has been crafted by hand and sanded smooth before being finished with a painted band in Chueca, a warm, vibrant yellow. The contemporary colour accent contrasts beautifully with the natural reclaimed timber, while a clear finishing wax enhances the wood grain and protects the surface.

With their distinctive octagonal shape and clean architectural lines, this set offers a contemporary interpretation of classic wooden candle holders. Perfect for styling on a dining table, coffee table, console table, shelving, mantelpiece or bath caddy, they complement Scandinavian, modern organic, contemporary, farmhouse and minimalist interiors.

The reclaimed timber retains some of the marks from its previous life, including nail holes and other characterful features. Rather than disguising these, they have been thoughtfully preserved as part of the story of the wood and as a celebration of giving reclaimed materials a new purpose.
