The contrast between deep burgundy and soft cream highlights the hand-stitched coiled construction, creating a warm, contemporary piece that complements modern organic, Scandinavian, contemporary and boho-inspired interiors.
Deeper than many of my other baskets, this design provides useful storage while retaining its compact proportions. Use it for jewellery, watches, keys, cosmetics, hair accessories and other small everyday essentials, or simply display it as part of a styled vignette.
It also makes a lovely reusable Christmas hamper: fill it with beauty treats, chocolates, hair accessories or other small gifts to create a thoughtful present, with the handmade basket becoming part of the gift and something the recipient can continue to use afterwards.
