A set of two circular wooden coasters, each hand drawn with a different beautiful red poppy.

Would make a lovely addition to any room, giving interest and a pop of colour, while protecting your surfaces at the same time.

Would make a thoughtful and unique gift, perfect for flower fans and lovers of red poppies.

I used posca acrylic paint pens to draw the two different poppies directly on to the pine coasters.

They both measure 4inches in diameter and have been treated with several coats of heat resistant matt finish wood varnish.

This makes it anti scratch, anti slip resistant and easy to wipe clean.

I don't add sticky foam pads to the bottom of my coasters however I will include these in your package for you to have the option.

Your coasters will be nicely wrapped in tissue paper with shredded raffia paper inside a large letter box. It will have a thin outer covering of packing plastic to keep things waterproof.

I use Royal Mail 2nd class postage for this item which is included in its price. I will be in contact when I send it out.

To care for your coasters, please don't submerge in water or use abrasive cleaning methods.

The inspiration for making these came from my love of all flowers but red poppies have always had alot of meaning for me, remembering all those brave people and my grandad during the wars. I am enjoying working with these paint pens lately and thought I'd be bold with these poppy drawings but let the lovely pine wood show too.
