A lovely scene of a Gannet bird on a cliff over looking the sea.
A beautiful addition to any room, especially the bathroom or kitchen.
Perfect as a small gift for Seabird lovers.
Handpainted with acrylic paints onto the flat side of a king scallop shell, measuring 10cm high, 11cm wide, with a dark green satin ribbon attached for hanging.
It has had several coats of clear gloss varnish to make it easy to wipe clean and gives the piece a lovely shine.
Your artwork will be carefully wrapped with tissue paper amongst shredded raffia paper inside a carboard gift box. The outer will have a thin layer of packaging plastic and fragile stickers applied. Your parcel will fit through a standard letter box.
I use Royal Mail 2nd class service for this item which is included in the price.

To care for your Shell Art please wipe clean only using a dry or slightly damp cloth.
All my shells have been thoroughly cleaned and steralised before painting, collected after a storm in East Lothian.
CAUTION if shell is dropped it may break possibly creating sharp edges.
I was inspired to make this piece by painting some of my favourite sea birds I'd see while out on my Dads boat around The Bass Rock in East Lothian.
I thought seabirds would work well on the scallop shells and make a nice decoration for your home and especially the bathroom.
The wooden mini eisel in photographs are for display purposes only, however they can be purchased separately.
