I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase. I contacted with a request for a custom order. I got a very prompt reply from Farah, who quickly sent me 3 different sketched up designs for me to pick from using the photos that I sent over. Once chosen, I received a photo of my custom earrings very very quickly before they were posted out. The earrings were packaged really well to ensure no damage in transport.
