I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase. I contacted with a request for a custom order. I got a very prompt reply from Farah, who quickly sent me 3 different sketched up designs for me to pick from using the photos that I sent over. Once chosen, I received a photo of my custom earrings very very quickly before they were posted out. The earrings were packaged really well to ensure no damage in transport. My best friend absolutely loved her earrings. Thank you very much. The whole process was very easy and the communication from Farah throughout the process was great.
