Full description
Dainty, lightweight earrings featuring a trio of natural, untreated Indian Ruby gemstones separated by tiny 1.8mm sterling silver beads.
These rustic Ruby stones are a dark raspberry shade and measure approximately 2x3mm for the smaller ones and 3x6mm for the larger ones.
The beads are threaded onto sterling silver wire and hung from sterling silver 18mm hoops.
Ruby is the red variety of the mineral Corundum, an aluminium oxide, all other colours are called Sapphire, and is next to Diamond in hardness.
With their long association with love and passion, energy and vitality, protection, prosperity and good fortune, these ruby earrings would make a unique and special present for a July birthday or a Ruby wedding anniversary as Ruby is the birthstone for July and the stone for the 40th anniversary.
Handmade in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon in the UK, they would also make a stunning gift for any birthday or anniversary, as a bridesmaid gift, or as a special treat for yourself.
Each earring measures approximately .75 inches (2cm), excluding the hoops.
Your earrings will be wrapped in tissue and presented in an organza gift bag.
