In the highly unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please note the following mandatory terms required by our UK transit insurers: Strict 24-Hour Reporting Window: Any claims for items damaged or missing in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This strict timeline is enforced due to the immediate claims requirements of our postal and courier networks. Unboxing Video Requirement: To successfully process an insurance claim for missing or damaged components, a clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened—clearly showing the shipping label and the condition of the contents inside—is required. Without this verified visual proof, transit claims cannot be processed. Packaging Retention: You must retain all original outer packaging and shipping materials exactly as they arrived until the claim is fully resolved.
